It's still "Chicago-Con" no matter what anyone else says

I took my boys up to the Con for a bit on Sunday. Not the best of days since everyone is in a hurry to break down their displays and go home. But it has been my annual tradition to torture my children through at least three hours of the Con. I talked with Jason Asala and his book Nantucket Brown Roasters. Weird...but good. All around good guy too. Also saw more than my fair share of costumes (could really do without seeing those...especially with my kids). The aisles seemed wider this year which made things a bit more comfortable. It really is getting better and better every year. Maybe next year I'll plan a little more in advance and take a color portfolio to show around. We'll see.
